Was Villain's second hand at table, in which he limp-called with TT and called down to river with a K and Q on board. I think my check on the flop may be a little fishy but I didn't think they could really have hit much on the flop and I figured I might be able to entice them to bet.

DO - NOT - CHECK - THE - FLOP. Ever. You we're the last aggressor preflop so there is no reason to believe a c/r would work here. If you want the money in the pot you have to put it there yourself. Lead flop for a potsized bet and open shove any turn.

Turn is an easy call as played. Even if the flushdraw hit there are many, many other hands he could have there. And even against a made flush you have 10 outs to improve.

as Sir Winalot said you have to bet the pot. You flopped the nuts and you are the pre flop raiser. You have to make them pay for the draws. I would make a pot size bet on the flop. If you bet the turn you have to make a bigger bet (3/4 to pot size).
As played call the push.
