villain is 21/11/1.8 over 169 hands, i have not noticed anything out of line or interesting from him yet.

i'm confident i have the bet hand on the river, what is the ideal value bet here? how is turn bet sizing?

villian has weak ace and thinks its a split. bet close to full pot, i dont see him folding.
