Villain is 61/14/5. He called EVERY time I raised his blind so he could literally have any 2 here. Anyone like the flop check vs a guy like this or do you go ahead and c-bet. I was pretty sure I had by far the best hand since his range is so wide. I considered reraising the turn but I didn't want to blow him off a flush draw if we could both hit and I take his whole stack, maybe he would have played a flush draw for his stack though, in retrospect, but I still thought he was pretty weak and that I had the best hand.

Given this feeling should I go ahead and raise here so I don't give KJ KT QT etc.. a cheap chance to beat me? And what's the plan for the river since I made 2 pair?

Playing a big pot with A4s out of position is marginal in my opinion. When he raised you on the turn you really think you have the best hand? I would pitch it on the turn...
You could have sucked out on him on the river but im not quite happy about your hand here either...
