What should I do here? Should I have led the flop?

I lead the flop almost always here.

It depends on how BTN plays postflop. If he'll get a large enough chunk of his stack in if a non /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 2 hits on teh turn then I call and hope to hit my 3 outs.

a 7 isn't so good as that puts 567 on board and will likely kill our action - see also a /images/graemlins/diamond.gif tho both those turns make good float cards i.e. if he's scared of 3flush boards then I call and lead into him on any /images/graemlins/diamond.gif turn and shutdown if called/raised. Usually he'll fold unless he has the flush.

I think leading these flops is much better as the flop is 2tone - I like check calling better when the flop is rainbow or we have a "proper" OESD and not the low end of it.
