What is his range, and how does it change throughout the hand?

I'm a payoff monkey so I pay this off here.

His range is any 2 cards since he was BB in unraised pot.. he could easily have 72o. He's calling the flop with 3 behind him so that prolly narrows it down a little.. a Q.. a 7 a pp or an ace. He's calling the turn when an ace hits.. so apparently it doesn't really scare him.. so I think you can throw out most PP's here, leaving you with a totally random 7.. a Q or an A. Now on the river the flush hits.. I wouldn't be awfully worried about that.. he could possibly have something like Qxd though and called the A on the turn since he picked up his diamond draw though.

So you are saying that he doesn't really ever have a hand we beat after he raises the river?

Sure he could have lots of hands u beat.. but imo it's not very likely you're ahead. You tie with other 7's except A7 K7 Q7 and 72. You lose to flush/full. You can beat an ace and a Q.. but will he raise either of them on the river I think most people would just call.. if he's a maniac that's a different story, but I think most people would be happy to call and showdown their pair here.

I really doubt he is raising with a Q here. Since there were no draws on the flop to speak of, you are dominated.

ewwwww.

fold preflop.

check call a small river bet c/f to a decent river bet. you are splitting more often than not - and you are almost always beat the times you don't split.
