Tight table in general. Seams like some of them gets that bluffing every time is good, but I don't know how to play this one really!

You played it very passive. I'd reraise flop, he bets $0.14 while the pot is $0.31...

If he's bluffing al the time you can 'slowplay' it like this, but this isn't the moment since the board is really nasty.

So you suggest what play?

Pot-raise flop and fold to aggression?
call / shove on turn?

Or what? I got paralyzed by the flop so I don't have a clue how to play instead.

Pot flop. If he comes OTT then fold. Does villain like to chase draws? Pot turn again. Prolly check river behind.

Does he think top pair is the nuts? Take him to value town.

Is he a 'tricky' player? Check turn behind call non hearts riverbet. "It depends"
