I thought the flop was perfect for a semi-bluff against a guy who's been cont. betting and blind stealing a lot.

On the turn though??...

Yes, you easily have odds to call here.

32.15 to 9.90 = 3.25 - 1 odds to call
31 to 15 outs = 2.07 - 1 odds to improve

Even if villain has a set, you still have 2.54 - 1 odds to improve with 13 outs.
