CO is really bad and probably has nothing.
BTN is pretty solid (for a 50nl) and is running around 22/16/4 for over 200 hands. no other reads.

I don't think buttons 3-bet range is very wide there, something like AJ+,88+ if he's isolating the fish, but whatever. The main point in here is that he is still in the pot after your 4-bet and CO shove (he can't raise anymore because CO's raise isn't a legal raise). This means it's impossible he has air and very, very unlikely he has unpaired high cards here, so I'd say he can't have anything else than AA-QQ here, maybe AK sometimes.

i think pf is fine. hope to isolate the bad CO/whatever.

i think i would check the flop and see what happens. i really can't fault you for shoving though.
