as played I call... If a non-spade 3 fell off I think theres value in a min. raise for sure...

I'd bet the turn. You are ahead of his range, a large part of which is a flush draw. You don't want to let him draw for free. He isn't going to get tricky and bluff raise you with his draw. Just bet $4 or so.

This also makes the river much easier to play, because you can fold when the spade comes in and he donks into you.

As played, he probably has the flush. But your hand is under-represented so you have to call.

True. I thought a turn bet was optimal, but wasn't sure.
