Why on earth do you limp that UTG+1?

Pre-flop fold or raise. You are up against a random hand. You could easily be betting into two pair or worse and you don't have a hand range to put the villian on since he literally has any two cards.

T8,J8,Q8,K8,A8,68,63,83,66,88,33,99,TT,45 can easily call your first two bets and river bet you. I'd expect though a raise on the flop or turn from the sets or two-pairs, but 99 and TT might just call you down.

The straight makes on the turn, very few hands that you are beating are coming along for a ride on the turn. 2nd button will show up here if you image is fairly loose, but otherwise 58,78,etc and busted draws (such as 79) are the only hands you really beat. The check on the river is pretty much mandatory. No hand that you are beating should call a river bet, so you are better off not making one.

By raising initially, you can narrow the field down,
(hopefully) put your opponent on a smaller range of hands. If he plays tight to a raise, you can be sure K8o isn't in his hands. As an added bonus, if you miss the flop you can still c-bet and potentially pick up the pot against 1 opp.

My preference here is to fold pre-flop in this position. If you really want to play it though, play it for a raise. It gives you more options on the flop, gives you the lead, and helps you read your opps cards.
