Villain was 34/19/2 over 80 hands. Do you c-bet this hand? As played, call or fold the river?

yeah... I full pot here vs. this villain a good chunk of the time. he goes 3 town with AK here the majority of the time preflop, so if we think he could lay down AQ or QX here I pop him.

Oh, and if i do check flop, and am check(edit: checked) to again, I definitely bet turn ($3ish) and check behind river...

As played I think I fold this river... don't think he bets 88/99, AT enough to be even close to profitable.

this doesn't make sense, the pot has already been 3bet. USually I just cbet here and give up if I'm called and I don't improve.

This guy is reasonably loose and you just came upon a flop that has a strong chance of having hit him. He's unlikely to move if it did. I think this would be a poor spot for a c-bet. I think the line you took is the one I would take 90% of the time; the occasional turn bet will find its way in there, too.

sorry if my post was confusing.. by "pop him" i meant with a PS Cbet on flop tyring to get him to drop QX on flop.. I'm by no means suggesting a river raise here... does it make more sense now?

sounds like to way to do it to me. Bet out, slam on the brakes if you get called
