Its a T or a flushdraw most of the time, I always shove flops like these with an overpair at 10NL.

FWIW, I hardly ever shove with one pair. You never know if its a set or what. This could easily be a set of 9s or Ts. Could also be AT though. But I don't see just AT or a draw calling AI.

Again,

This is incredibly weak tight. 1 pair is good here a ton of hte time. I suggest you read a little more, your game from what I can tell seems like you are nut peddling and dont want to get AI without less than the nuts.

whenever you have an overpair and the board has something like Q 7 5, J 8 3, T 8 6. People will get all in w/ TPWK. I've seen it loads, and its 1000000000times more likly than them having a set. So basically SHOVE MOTHERFOOKER!
