Pretty weak methinks. If you call then you are certainly going to be facing a decision for all your chips on the turn, because the pot will be too big for even a bluff to give up on. Fold the flop and wait for a better spot.

That's one huge overbet... Based upon that bet, IMO he hit a set of 9's or is holding JT. Find a better hand when you are IP and have an edge....

Edit: Set of 9's...

1, we are IP.

2. this is 4 handed.

3. what huge overbet?

4. this could easily be a c/r bluff because it looks like we may have missed with overs. i call, if he leads into me on the turn i will proably muck it but i think this has the potential to be the best hand rightnow.

honest to god pot size c/r on the flop at this level are a set like 98 percent of the time. i see his abnormally high agression numbers but do u think he has 10s or jj here? if u have a better read post it...if not fold.

I agree. Villain is getting the $$$ in before any scare cards kill the action. He's praying you have an overpair and don't believe him.

I have no additional reads against this villain. I folded to this raise b/c it looks like he's trying to protect his set and get his money in before straight cards peel off. That seems to be the agreement here as well, thx.

yeah def. good fold...like maybe he occasionally gets outta line here with 10s or jj or 6s....but it seems really unlikely. nh. nice fold.
