reads? stats? tbh it's an easy push w/o that - looks more AKish. Almost no one at NL25 plays AA this fast PF

I've seen the limp raise with AA and imo the type of player that's gonna play AA slow to begin with by limping isnt all of a sudden going to go crazy and overjam the pot with it with no reason to think they will get paid off. That is the reasoning behind players that limp raise AA - they're trying to get paid.

Would you fold kings if UTG 3-bet AI? Hopefully not. 4-bet this to $25 and shove any non-ace flop.

there are situations where I fold KK pf but such a weird pf line at NL25 does not auto mean AA. Most players severely overvalue 1010-QQ at this level

I agree. Also, I've lately seen some players doing this with weaker holdings (AK, AQ, KQ). I think that the limp reraise play is starting to get common enough that some players are starting to use it as a bluff.
