I think so. You're not going to hit that OESD that often (8 outs). The initial flop bet is ok I guess since he checked but I would just consider a call of the 2.30 and hope to hit but that's up to you. Chances are you'll need the turn and the river and I don't think he's going to give you any free cards.

I would take this line if you had 2 /images/graemlins/spade.gifs. Otherwise fold to the flop reraise as 2 of our outs are not clean.

Fold to re-raise.

Just call the flop raise and fold to a good bet from villain on turn if missed.

I'd fold PF. I don't like to play KJ UTG.

I would call the flop rereaise hoping to hit my OESD. I'd be tempted to bluff c/r any spade that hit as well.

[/ QUOTE ]I was gonna say that too until I saw it was 4 handed.

I like your play, but you have to have some read to pull this. If it is one of the first time he does this, give him credit for top pair and move on. You donīt really have odds to draw to your 8 outs, you are oop and he is not going to pay off your two spade straight outs.

Your king is an out some of the time if you get called so you have decent equity, but I still would like to know what he raises the flop with before I think this is a good idea.

Roll,

I'd limp KJ behind other limpers. But OP open raised KJ from UTG.
