Villain was 14/8 over 80 hands. Obviously he's giving me odds to call for a set with his mini 4 bet.. do you put someone on AA or KK if they do this? I wouldn't think they would play that way but you never know with some people. I about puked when the river hit, hate that stars doesn't flip the hands over in all in situations.

If this guy makes a real 4 bet to a committing size or shoves preflop.. do you fold?

Given his small 4-bet i like it.

Flop is standard.

If he re-raised big, it would be an easy fold though.

HOw can the pot be $123.20 if villain only has $50?

@ zag

Converter prob just a little screwed and counting all of Hero's money in the pot.

@zagga: stars obviously doesn't return the excess amount back to OP immediately. So the converter didn't realize.

OP: Well, if he raises 8% of his hands preflop, his range from UTG is probably somewhere around 4-5%. His reraising range would probably be even tighter. When he 4bets, he is probably going somewhere where he has never been before. AK is out of the equation at that point, imo. So I would definitely fold to a real raise. The rest ist standard, imo.

This is VERY thin preflop but his hand is very well defined so I think a call is JUST okay. Very close preflop though.

Without further reads, yes. But with the minraise I'd probably play it like you did.

HAHAHAHAHA 77 lol. But seriously if he 4-bets shoves preflop you probably need to call since AK is a large portion of his shoving range.

asdf2000? He's a high stakes player from another forum I read. He's most likely screwing around.

14/8----- is really rocky ---- if he makes a real 4 bet i am always folding queens in this spot probably, given his little re raise i prolly woulda shoved pre flop---- but since you called and hit ur set flop is standard..........
