Weakest opposition

Right now I'm playing 50c-1$NL on PS and find it very hard to make any profit. So, I'm planning on changing to one of the sites that offer rakeback. My question is: Which one of these sites offer the weakest opposition for the limit I'm playing? Any help is welcome.
