Same dealie as last time. We'll have another vote thread, I liked the discussion the last one spawned, too! Just PM me or indicate in the thread which photo you want to use by midnight, eastern time on Thursday March 29.

Just so the thread is more enjoyable for all, let's adhere to a few guidelines to make browsing and loading a bit easier.

Please post all comments in the discussion thread: Link (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=9204235&an=0&page=0#Post 9204235)

You can post as many photos as you like, but if it is a competition thread, please indicate which one you would prefer to use for voting. Voting for the contest will occur on the last (week)day of the month, March 30.

You can use photos previously taken, or taken for the topic. It's probably better exercise if you take fresh photos though. Any camera format is welcomed!

Size:
The actual image can be whatever size you like, if offlinked. The size in the thread should be no larger than a width of 700 pixels please. If possible, post whatever info you can provide about the photo and the shooting conditions (ie focal length, exposure time, aperture) as others may find this useful. Onthebutton recommends using Imageshack to host a smaller thumbnail linked to an offsite photo. The forum formatting is done for you. The downside is that after a certain bandwidth, you can no longer see the photo.

And so, ...onto Motion! How you interpret this is totally up to you.

This probably isn't what you had in mind, but it's an interpretation:

Here's a few I've already taken, since I don't anticipate being able to take anymore in the next week or so. (I'll leave out my desert one that everyone's seen a million times.)

I'm cheating. But, I'm going to load my Lomo ActionSampler! up with film this weekend and hopefully get some cool action shots.

In the meantime, here's a photo I took in Thailand in November.

I attempted to take some pics of an arrow bursting a balloon filled with red kool aid. Interesting results but I need to come up with something else for the vote thread. These are kinda gross or something, I duno.

Canon smartshot 540
