Flop raise is OK, but I wouldn't fire again on the turn with that 9, esp. if villain is very loose. Villain called your raise and probably isn't going anywhere. I check behind the turn and am pretty much done with the hand.

I will play this way occasionally if I can put the guy on a draw and am pretty sure he will fold. You'll probably make him fold random J's and all kinds of middle pp's. I don't think it's a bad play I just wouldn't overuse it.
