Villian is 58/3/2.6 over 77 hands. I don't know what you call these guys, a LP-A maybe?

SB ($17.40)
BB ($9.65)
UTG ($13.45)
MP ($10.45)
Hero ($12.70)
Button ($21.05)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
UTG calls $0.10, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.5, 3 folds, UTG calls $0.40.

UTG bets $0.5, Hero raises to $2.5, UTG calls $2.

Turn: ($6.15) 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
UTG bets $1, Hero calls $1.

I'm thinking about pushing over his little turn bet, folding AK, and getting calls from TT, JJ, and QQ, but I'm crushing those hands and my inner nit wants to get to showdown cheaply. His turn bet is suspicious and I'm seeing monsters. He could have boated with a 22 or 99, or butchered a A6 and he's trying to get more money out of me. The only hand I think I'm giving a good price to is 87. Thoughts about the turn? Did I mention that I want to push the turn but can't pull the trigger? His river price looks good.

Tell me if this is too fancy/weak.

River: ($8.15) 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
UTG bets $3, Hero calls $3.

Final Pot: $14.15

I don't think a set is likely here. Could be a six, but many draws and weak pairs will also play like this at these stakes. Call and re-evaluate river.

I have the same dilemma. That said, i probably pull the trigger more often than not on this one, too many players are betting draws or weak pairs like this. This could just as easily be T9, A9 or J9 trying to block bet you because the 6 scared him too. I think a raise is in order.

this looks good to me against an unknown. I've seen villains do this with big hands.

However, I'd definitely make a note of what he had in this situation to optimize your play against him later.

NH, on the other hand u cold reraise the turn to $5 and then check fold the river... U got lucky that he just had bet $3 but if he had pushed????

i agree that any 9 or draw is much more likely, and it could be a suited 9 for him to try and pick up a flush draw for cheap, raise it to about $4-$5, and fold to a raise or river push, can you check behind on the river if he calls or is that just rediculous?

I think if he calls a turn raise and a blank hits on the river, I would check behind because he will only call a bet if he beats you..

I see nothing wrong with showing down this hand. Our hand looks less appealing on later streets.
