Casino Bonus Question

I've bonus whored most of the good poker sites, and recently I've been looking into casino whoring. I came across beating bonuses, and I've been looking at the payment options left for U.S. players. None of the casinos that I've looked at have epassporte as an option, so what is the best option for U.S. players. What about Eco Card?

For US players, Eco Card is becoming the preferred method with Microgaming casinos. It is now allowed at all of the larger MG groups that permit US players. This includes Belle Rock, Casino Action, Casino Rewards, Fortune Lounge, Golden Riviera, Jackpot Factory, MiniVegas, Trident, and Vegas Partner. Some groups are promoting EcoCard sign-ups. For example the Vegas Palms 400% bonus is now only given to US & Canada players using EcoCard. It is 200% with other eWallets and non-US players.

Click2Pay is also an option, if you have an existing account. However, they have a high $1500 minimum withdrawal from C2P to bank account.

ePassporte is rarely available for casinos any more. ePassporte dropped many US gambling merchants a couple weeks ago. I believe that the drop was focussed on casinos, rather than poker.

Do these answers remain the same for Non-US players? I'd like to set up an alternative to Neteller, but I'm not sure what the best one might be.

I'm likely going to start a MoneyBookers account regardless, to cash out some of my PokerSavvy points...is MoneyBookers good for any sites?

Moneybookers is the best option for non-US players since so many casino rooms take this... click2pay is a decent ewallet option too...
