Did i play this set to Aggro?

Read on preflop raiser was he was loose passive loved to see flops beat me for half a buy in when he caught flush on turn and i c/c him down when i spiked top two on the river.

Nope, in fact you should bet a bit more, 2/3 pot. Given this dry board you can also check/raise because UTG will probably bet.

I think a c/r is probably not good. The UTG might not C-bet into a 4 way pot if he didn't hit (in which case he might call or raise your 1/2 pot bet). Better to bet here and fold out the 87 then to check and let the 6 peel off on the turn..

This is, imo, the right answer. I am bet/3-betting here, hoping villain has an overpair. If not, c'est la vie, and we move on.
