Villain is 44/1.1/2.6 over 90 hands. Last time I saw him min-raise, he had flopped a set in 3-way pot.

A few hands ago, he took a similar line (to this hand) when he limp/called PF, led for $1 on the flop, I raised to $3, he called.
He led out for 2/3 pot on Turn, I shoved for 3.5x his bet, he folded.

Yes the shove is right.

I probably raise more on the flop, even a little overbet because it looks like he will call. Also, I bet closer to 7-8 on the turn.

bet the turn bigger, then take some time and shove.

Bet more on the flop and turn.

Shoving the turn seems good, also you did it just a few hands back and he folded so, he is more likely to look you up.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback. I realized after the hand that I should've been betting more post-flop.

He called and showed JTo to stack me.

Why would villain have 89s?? Wouldn't he reraise with that board?

Make a note about his min-raises.

Hard not to stack off here.
