I know nothing about the villain in this case and I'm playing 22/6/2. Should I push here? Note: Full-Ring.

Looks like a push to me.

Off topic, is 22/6/2 standard for full ring? I play 6 max so I'm really not sure.

Put the money in the middle.

Depends on what you mean by standard..

Standard push. I guess you could get cute and min-raise, then push the turn if you think villain might fold to a flop push and you want to be sure to get all the money in. It seems that most 25NL players can't find the fold once they re-raise this much of their stack on the flop.

He check-minraised you, he isn't going anywhere.
He likes his hand, so stick it in before he gets scared off by an overcard or similar scare card coming that makes him re-evaluate.

I see people doing this move with a flushdraw as well, trying to put pressure to get a free card...

I would just do a 3bet to 15 or so? And then push the turn...
