everyone checks to the hero..........
hero bets out or should he just check the pot is already 17- 19BB

Why don't you include a little more information. Such as any reads you have on the callers, the sizes of their stacks as well as yours, and what else you have so we can come to some deduction about what we ought to do.

sorry it was a live tournament and I didn't have any good reads on them because I had just sat down at the table

Bet. You have TPTK and the nut flush draw. I would want to get some money into that pot. A c-bet here helps disguise the flush should it come in for you.

I would bet 2/3 pot to pot sized here and see if you can get anyone to run with you.

Definitely bet and build the pot. I like 2/3-3/4 PSB to make it easy for other FDs and weaker T's to play. Underpairs likely will play too.
