This is the villains (posted in CO) very first hand at the table. Flop donk bet looked weak to me, is the raise there okay or should it be higher, say $4? Or just a call?

On the turn, I did not think an A high straight or a set was likely as I would expect AQ, JJ or TT to raise pre-flop. 66 may be a possibility but I would expect the CO to raise this too. Q9 would suck here.
