The player who i folded to was a tight player but did not seem to be aggresive until this hand.
I had been playing TAG.

Ugh, I can't even get past PF. Raise that [censored] up! Seriously, don't flat call his, especially OOP. If you're going to do that, I'd also check-raise the flop. As played, looks like a fold, you barely beat top pair and it's unlikely villain is raising much you beat (except AhJh or KhJh).

Also, convert your hands next time, makes it much easier to read. And the FR forum seems to be a better place to post full ring hands nowadays (though you're still welcome to post them here if you like, but most guys here are playing 6-max).
