Is this still a ghost town? Looks like this could be a type of bottomless bonus. I didn't see what the bonus % was though.

Just checked........708 players 300pm est. I also found no info on the % of this happy hour reload.

CS told me its only available for 3/10 and 3/14 and that it's 10%.
