As long as you play the micro stakes (which will be fine if didn't want to bet more than $5 or so anyway) you could go with one of the BJ-games (not the european version though as it has worse rules).

Be aware that this is a sticky 2 type of bonus, meaning you can't cash out the bonus after you have finished the WR straight away.
It's almost as good as a cashable though as you can grind out the WR and then bet small and withdraw after each win... so you should end up at EV.
