I highly disagree with this. I think this 3bet with AQ off suit or not is standard here.

I think 3betting AQ is superstandard. Honestly what are we going to do fold? Calling is bad, and just because he raised doesnt mean he has QQ KK AA or AK. Standard Cbet. NH

5 Handed vs loose CO &amp; BTN openers, I 3bet all PP's, AT+, QJ+, and often SC's 56+ and semi-connectors 57+.

With CO opening &amp; BTN call (i.e., this situation) I would probably 3bet AJ+, KQ+, all PP's.

Anyone have different ranges?
