Winrate at 25 and 50 NL

I hope this isn't n00b but;
Right now I'm at 10 BB/100, over about 7500 (which is small), but at these stakes I was wondering if I should be satisfied, dissapointed, or very happy. I think that 10-15 is amazing at higher limits, but how about these?

its very good and you should be happy. However sample size means that you can only conclude that your a winning player...

Over my first 7.7k hands at 50nl I'm on 6 ptbb/100 and I'm quite satisfied about it...(although I imagine my lifetime ptbb/100 is higher)
