Raise more pf.

I like a 3bet on the flop also, I wouldn't automatically assume a 7 or 22 here. Make it about 6-7.

Reraise more preflop because of so many callers. Probably around 1.20.

On the flop, you should usually bet 2/3 of the pot or more.
I would call this turn as the bet isn't really that strong plus you have a draw. Probably check/call a small bet on the river too.
