This is a £50NL table, $ should be £. I had been playing like a nit at this table (9/3/1.0/89) and villain was 50/8/2.4/185. I guess I should've folded either flop, turn or river here.

Cryptologic
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
5 players

Stack sizes:
UTG: $28.30
CO: $11.90
Hero: $53.85
SB: $30.20
BB: $51.05

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is Button with 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif
2 folds, Hero raises to $2, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: 6/images/graemlins/club.gif 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif ($6, 3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $5, SB raises to $10, BB folds, Hero calls.

I have an over pair here, so folding to a minraise felt sooooo weak, so I call.

Turn: 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif ($26, 2 players)
SB bets $10, Hero calls.

This is probably the spot I should be folding, right? Well, I decide to call, lured by a less than 1/2 pot bet.

River: T/images/graemlins/spade.gif ($46, 2 players)
SB is all-in $8.2, Hero calls.

And after calling that turn I suppose I have to call here as well, even better odds here, even though I'm almost certainly beaten.

Results:
Final pot: $62.4

Thoughts?

I probably just put him AI on the turn if you are going to call the flop. I think folding flop would be a little weak personally

Yeah, suppose I could've just pushed turn. So there's pretty much no getting away for me here if I'm beaten?

And thanks for responding in both my threads! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

If you call the flop, you take it to the felt i.e. raise him all in on the turn, since he doesn't have much left anyway.

with 185 hands on villian I think you should atleast have a read wih what hes minraising with, given that you can make the correct play

Tbh, I'm never paying enough attention to have that kind of reads. I suppose I should try to take note of such things.
