Have only 25 hands on villain. Seemed pretty tight. Would this be a good spot to bluff the river?

How's my check on the turn?

I'd be more inclined to fire a second barrel on the turn than the river. So many players on ftp call anything less than a PSB with really marginal holdings and then fold to a turn bet. On the river you have reasonable show down value due to the large numbers of draws he could have that you beat.
