I fold preflop. Villain is obviously aware of what he is doing, and I expect you to see AA, KK and QQ most of the time here. Occationally there will be an AK and JJ in there, but I seriously doubt that this guy would make this raise from SB without a very strong hand.

This is of course assuming that villain wouldn't be making a squeeze with some kind of junk in this situation (I really don't think this is a possibility, unless he is as bad at chosing situations to squeeze as I am).
