No reads. Little lost here...Raise and shut down if called? Call and re-evaluate on turn? How pathetically weak is just folding here?

I might raise and fold to a reraise (especially a min-raise). If he calls Re evaluate. With 4 to 1 odds i don't think you can fold. You have to at least call. A raise gives you a chance to take it down (he might be making a probe bet) and if he calls you may hit a fourth club and he has to act first. Also, Raising is more likely to eliminate the button as he might even fold medium strength hands to a bet and a raise on a monotone board.

when I see these plays, I raise alot. With or without a hand, you'll see that they fold alot. I would probably raise to $7 and hope for a fold (not putting another cent in the pot).

I don't like cold calling here as much. Reverse implied odds out the ass. Raise or fold IMO.
