hes probably not reraising preflop with 33, 44, or 88. There aren't any overcards on the board, and if you're not putting him on KK or AA, I think its a push

In this spot your preflop 4bet is almost a bluff.

I agree. I think if he had KK or AA to trap, he's not going to donk bet like this, at least IMO. I think a c/r is most likely with those holdings.

With a 14PFR, there's definately value to be had that you don't gain postflop.

I would push this flop. AA or KK likely would have tried to get all in pf. I'd put villain on jj/10 10.

Snap push, this isn't tough at all

definite ai- youll be beat by aa/kk occasionally but i think he wouldve shoved with that already and whilst 88 isnt completely out of the question its uber-unlikely (<5%).
pushing will make you a solid profit here.

I'm baffled, what do loose passive villains 3bet and call thick 4bets and then pot on the flop?

why would you 4bet QQ then be scared to get it in on that flop? What flop are you looking for exactly?

If I 4bet its cuz I think he'll call with AQ/AK/bunch pairs and then still stack off on low flops when he whiffs.

if ur gonna 4b pf (not 4bai), please don't flop a junk flop like this.
