Raise or check-fold though I think your ahead he probley would of re-raise PF with QQ+ he could have AK and not want to lay it down or even 1010.

The only hand I would be afraid of is QQ. I think he would push it in PF w/ AA or KK. I am tempted to CRAI as I think he might be floating you w/ a smaller pair in position.
