Villain is about 40/30/4 over 50 hands. Should I bet smaller on the turn to induce a bluff from him?

Looks fine to me. Continue betting hard. The only way you're going to get action is if villain has some sort of hand and you want to maximize against a weaker ace. Betting smaller lets those hands off the hook, while not adding that much to the range of hands that villain will call you with.

Yeah pretty much standard, canīt really get any action if villains has [censored] all except you induce a bluff. The problem is if villain has some kind of legitimite hand heīll call you 9$ bet.
