I had lost a pot the previous hand, and didn't finish rebuying to full before this one was dealt. MP is loose-passive, folds to c-bets about 60% of the time. Is it safe to assume I shut down after this flop?

Just check-fold the turn its unlikely he has JJ, or 1010, he atleast has the A and he could have a Q he wouldn't of called a 3 dollar bet on the flop with less, and if your going to bet on the flop bet closer to the pot.

I'm inclined to just c/f this flop honestly. Betting this flop turns your hand into a bluff bc nothing you beat calls unless these guys are huge donks who would call with JJ/TT here. I play 50nl and people constantly call my 3bets OOP with AT/AJ type hands so I can only imagine how many Ax hands are in these villains' range at 10nl. Even some donk who called with QJs has you crushed.

I'd check-call the flop, and probably not put any more money in.

Yeah, this flop is pretty nasty esp. against two opponents. I think I would go with barryc's advice and just c/f this flop. Since you did bet and got a call, the turn is definitely a c/f.
