like many have said, min-raise is often a strong hand here, in this case possibly a set or two pair, or a villain trying to get a free card (w/ JT). it's also often because they think you are trying to steal the pot so they put in a "feeler raise." call the min raise and re evaluate the turn, esp since you are in position.

call, re-evaluate on turn. i'm figuring he's going to check behind on turn and push a lot of chips into the pot on the river. if that happens, i fold.

depending on the size of the bet on the turn if he bets, i'm deciding if i think he's on a bluff/draw.
