Villain is one of those weird, active opponents who will raise preflop $.50 UTG with only $0.07 in blinds or $0.30 from the button when folded to him with only $0.07 in blinds. If not that, he has called a few of my raises out of position after limping and won some annoying hands postflop. I was somewhat concerned on the turn because he took a long time to bet the $0.65 and I haven't been involved in a hand with him postflop where I raised him twice and then have him 3-bet.
