What is the villain's range here?

Do I 3-bet the flop? Do I call a push?

Pot if on the flop and 3bet it, you really dont want to see another card coming. On the flop button can have a strong draw or an over. As played, the draw might have hit him on the the turn so its hard to put him on the range there. Generally you want to get all in on the flop with top two pairs and a blank.

Id be inclined to 3bet this aswell (first I liked your play, but given all the draws I think we have to get it in now)

His range I would percieve as set, 99-JJ, 8x, big-draws like Axs, T9s, 56s, etc and random air/big pairs sometimes.

Villain is highly unlikely to have an over. only the most passive of villain doesn't raise 99-AA here after 1 limper. he most likely has a str8 or flush draw. i like a big flop 3bet here. i don't mind your line sometimes if villain is known to be agro, it's just that we don't know what he's drawing to, so i think a safe option is just to get it in now
