Once sb check-raises I expect to be only slightly ahead of his range given your read that he is passive. Without reads on UTG+1 this seems borderline because even if he folds you are still not a huge favourite and if he calls you are toast.

I might just fold TPWK here.

well, you definitely are behind one of them and if you hit your draw you are probably chopping. It's a math problem, but I think you can probably dump this one.
