Transferring Money for Internet Bonuses

This seems like a stupid question to me but I searched and found no results, so I must not be searching the right thing. What transfer service will allow me to transfer funds to take advantage of casino bonuses like those listed on beatingbonuses.com? I am in California and have an account with Wells Fargo bank. I've been trying some different services but they all seem to be turning me down.
