I play mostly NL25 and NL50 on UB, as well as NL30 (deep stack) on FT. All tables are 6 max. My PT stats are about VPIP: 26, PFR: 16, W$SD:23, W%@SD:56, total AF: 2.7

I raise a lot of hands if I'm opening, or if someone has limped, however I rarely 3bet. Like if someone opens pot for 3.5bb, I'm am mostly calling unless I hold AA-TT. Sometime Ill re-pop it w/ AK, but mostly I'm calling.

Is this correct? or should I be 3 betting more often? Are there any tips on how to play flops when I miss? I'm not scared of putting in 10 or 12bb pf, it is the flops that I have difficulty with.

Thanks guys.

3 betting is an excellent tool to better define where you are in a hand, is a good way to build pots and maintain control of the hand preflop...I've just recently had my eyes opened to this by a coach I've taken on, and you will be amazed how it opens up your game...you'll find yourself winning bigger pots and making people more reluctant to reraise you...if your opponent is truly holding a monster he will let you know...
