Should I have called this? 1.9:1 on a call.

His line makes no sense - if he had a straight / full house, why not value bet the river?

Is my value bet OK?

UTG is 48/10/1.6

In my experience, usually people aren't CRAI on the river without an absolute monster. You have a marginal hand so this is a pretty easy fold IMO, and if he did bluff you off this hand, make a note, and stack him later.

That's the problem, I can't tell whether he bluffed me or not...

I think you can be reasonably sure that he was not bluffing. Just based off your stats that you gave, it seems he's pretty passive postflop, so I highly doubt a player with an AF of 1.6 is going to be CRAI on the river with a bluff. Obviously, those stats aren't the greatest reads ever, and there's certainly a chance you were bluffed, but considering all the info that you have, I would think it's safe to say he had a pretty big hand.

Thanks

Do you think it's good to value bet this river?

I would probably bet this river too. UTG has shown zero strength throughout the hand, and he might call you with mid PP or even something stupid like A5 if he thinks you're bluffing.

What is his river AF?
I have seen a lot of villains who have AF 1.6 bacause they play passive on flop and turn, but on river they go nuts.

This could likely be bluff, beacuse of the way you played the hand, but i still wouldn't call it. Wait for a stronger hand and let him bluff you then.
It would suck to call just to see his slooooooooowplayed AA.

1.4/2.2/1.2, but that's only from 124 hands.

I think it was probably a good fold but I'm still confused by his line.
