1st hand, just call his c/r. If this is a guy you want to felt an overpair against, which is your call, you don't need to 3bet the flop to get it all in. I don't expect to see draws c/r'ing this flop that much.

2nd hand- yeah, you really gotta bet that turn, in position or OOP. You have a set, you want to be looking to get AI, and without betting the turn that's gonna be hard to do on the river.
