My stats over 14k hands so far at NL50 6Max are: 21.5/9.5/1.2
Generally speaking, do you find LAG is still the best strategy even at low stakes?

LAG is not the best strategy. Play well postflop and you will do good regardless of preflop garbage. I play a very snug 18/8 style and crush the $25. I give tons of action on the flop and people probably don't realize I just tone it down on the turn and river when I have a marginal type of hand.
In poker tracker was does 21.5/9.5/1.2 represent and where can it be found?

How is there a "best strategy" anyway? Play what's comfortable and what works against your opponents.
If you're better/ more successful at LAG than TAG, then it's probably the best strategy for you.

if you are good at lag, its going to be a better strategy ... if you arent, you will probably be more successful tag... dont forget the fact that you need to be aggressive though, i see people in these forums define their opponents as lag or tag or whatever all the time, not thinking about the fact that most opponents are not even aggressive ...
u probably call way too much pf, and u r calling w/ hands u should be raising.
based on your stats, if i were classifying u for my own purposes, id figure u are tight and passive.
