Nope. Without a good read I fold the flop.
If you've decided to call him down you can't puss out on the river like this.

I raise the flop here, 3/4 pot. In micro especially, many villains will take a pre-flop raise to indicate two broadway cards and therefore assume that, when a low flop comes down, you have missed. With this in mind, it is not inconceivable that villain has a lowly pair. Raise, if re-raised fold, if called re-evaluate on the turn. Have to agree that folding the river after all that calling is a bit soft.
